Reading up on today’s technology news, I stumbled upon a Facebook article. It was titled ""Facebook's news-feed patent could mean lawsuits". The article talks about a recent patent award Facebook received. A patent, that is particularly head scratching... at least, in my opinion. To summarize, Facebook now has the patent rights of news-feeds about your friends. So, for example, if you decided you wanted to implement, or create, your own news-feed that would send updates to you about your friends, you might unknowingly be violating their patent.
